CLEVELAND, Ohio — Gunfire reportedly erupted inside a Cleveland home Thursday during an armed home invasion, leaving two people shot.
The report says a man who was visiting his girlfriend was shot in his groin and his back. A man who broke into the home was also shot but authorities did not explain the nature of his injuries.
The man who allegedly broke into the home was taken into custody and was not formally charged as of Thursday afternoon.
The incident reportedly happened about 1:30 a.m. at a home on Amor Avenue near Parkwood Drive in the city’s Glenville neighborhood.
