Car dealership owners shot dead in Cleveland

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Authorities say a couple was shot and killed inside their car dealership Friday night.

Cleveland police spokeswoman Jennifer Ciaccia said the shooting happened just after 10 p.m. at Mr. Car Sales auto dealership on East 185th Street between Hiller and Schenely avenues.

A news release from Cleveland City Council identifies the victims as 45-year-old Trina Kuznik and 50-year-old Michael Kuznik. They both suffered a gunshot wound to the head. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

According to a preliminary investigation, the victims’ 19-year-old son reportedly went to the dealership after unsuccessful attempts to reach them and found them shot. He then called for help.

3 men robbed Ohio City bank at gunpoint

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Authorities are looking for three male suspects who allegedly robbed a Cleveland bank at gunpoint Tuesday afternoon in Ohio City neighborhood.

FBI spokeswoman Vicki Anderson said the Cleveland FBI released surveillance images of the armed robbery, which happened about 2:15 p.m. at the PNC Bank branch on West 25th Street, next door to Market Garden Brewery.

The alleged robbery marks the fourth bank robbery across Greater Cleveland in two days. Two of those robberies reportedly bear a resemblance to the Tuesday heist.

The alleged robberies reportedly add up to a string of violent bank robberies in the region since the beginning of 2017.
